"The Steps of TAT" The Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT)

Here are the simple steps to TAT. Downloadable and free, why not print out a copy for a handy reference when you are away from your computer?

To receive the download, make sure you are logged in to the shop, put this item in your cart, and proceed through the checkout process.  This is a free download; you will not be charged for it during checkout.

Directions for downloading files on a PC [MAC users, see below]

1. Log into your account at the TATLife online store.
2. Click on "My Account" which is located at the top, left of the screen.
3. Choose to "view" order.
4. Right-Click on "download" and choose "Save Target As"..
7. Click on the "Desktop" icon in the window that pops up. If you have a folder into which you place downloads, choose it, or create a new folder on your desktop by clicking on the "New Folder" icon in the top of the window and naming your folder something appropriate, like "TAT Downloads".
8. Next, click "Save".

If you are experiencing a problem downloading, please look for a type of error code or a 'security warning' generated by a pop-up or download blocker. If you are using the latest Internet Explorer be sure to check for a small yellow bar blocking the download just below the address bar.


Directions for downloading files on a MAC OS X
For earlier systems, follow the directions above but instead of right-clicking in step 6, hold the CTRL button while you click.

1. Log into your account at the TATLife online store.
2. Click on "My Account" which is located at the top, left of the screen.
3. Choose to "view" order.
4. Click on "download" beside the first item.
5. Your browser will open a window asking whether you want to open the file or save the file. You can go ahead and save the file so that you will have access to it later. Be sure to save it to a folder (or your desktop) where you can easily find it again. If you want to create a new folder, click on new folder at the bottom left hand side of that window and name your folder something appropriate, like "TAT downloads". If you don’t see that button, click on the arrow at the top of the window to the right of the file name (where it says Save As ).
6. Next, click "Save".
7. You will do this for each download item you bought.

If your browser does not open a window that asks you to save the file but instead the file just begins playing in the browser, then try the following:
1. Open the file in Safari.
2. Once you open the page in Safari that has the link for the file, hold down the CTRL button and click on the link.
3. Choose the download linked file as option.
4. You should get a little window that lets you choose a file name and location.
